Established in 2015, Kieltys Irish is a small Australian family owned and run business located in the southern Highlands of NSW.

We manufacture sauces and condiments. All of our products are made by hand and made in small batches.

Our products are multi award winning nationally and internationally. We are one of the most awarded sauce companies in Australia. We believe in sustainability and are very passionate about how our products are made. We try to source as much local ingredients as possible. At Kieltys we work closely with local growers and small producers just like us, to give our customers some of the best products in Australia.

Founder Padraic Kielty, migrated to Australia from Ireland in 2005, now settled in Bowral in the Southern Highlands where Kieltys was formed.

With over 25 years’ experience working as a chef, Padraic has an incredible ability of balancing flavours and crafting new combinations to produce absolutely mouth-watering products that will make your taste buds dance.

At Kieltys we are hands on, our batches are small, our flavours are big and our passion is endless. Every bottle passes through our hands from start to finish. We want to make sure that every product that leaves our kitchen is crafted to our high standards. All our products contain no preservatives, no flavourings or colourings and are 100% natural!
